Kaya Grounds is located in Azenhas do Mar, a charming coastal village in the Sintra municipality, just 40 minutes from Lisbon and the international airport. This quiet area offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to some of Portugal’s most scenic beaches. Nestled within the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the property is surrounded by protected pine forests, offering privacy, tranquility, and direct connection to nature. The region is known for its rich biodiversity, mild climate, and proximity to cultural landmarks, making it an ideal setting for retreat, wellness tourism, and conscious living.

Close to Cabo da Roca, Europe's most Western continental point, Kaya is surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches and raw coastline. Be prepared for adventurous hikes to secluded beaches.

Within a very close proximity you find the lush forests of Sintra’s natural park, stretching over 16 km of Serra de Sintra (mountain range). Experience the lush bio-diverse forest of Sintra while hiking through it's beautiful mountain landscape.
40 MIN FROM THE CENTER OF LISBON
Although remotely located in between pineforests and the Atlantic Ocean, Kaya is still very accessible from Lisbon. The city and the International airport are just a 40 minutes drive away.
